A Winning Story from One of Our All-Star Receivers
“I received a sponsored membership before I started working for the YMCA. During the time I had the membership my girls and I loved going to the Y. Not only was I trying to get fit, I was also gaining lifelong friends. These friends are fellow members as well as employees. The Y is definitely more than a gym, for me it is family. My daughters were able to spend time with friends as well as meet new friends at the Y. I have connected with so many new people since becoming a part of the Y family-from members to fitness instructors to directors. I will never forget the time I had surgery and a fitness instructor had a meal prepared for my girls and I. Come to find out Erin (The Membership Engagement Director), had made the delicious meal. I will forever be grateful for the family I have here at the Y.”
