21 Days to a Healthier 2021

2021 is just around the corner and so is a healthier YOU! Join us for our "21 Days Program" that will help you build healthy habits for a new year and new you. This 3-week program includes an InBody scan, a tailored fitness program developed by a YMCA certified personal trainer, access to a Facebook group, and more! Registration starts Monday, December 14th and will be open until the program starts on January 4th, 2021!

PROGRAM SPECIFICS:

• Sign ups are in-person only for two weeks prior to the launch of the program. (December 14 through January 4th, 2021)
• Program starts on January 4th, 2021
• Price is $43, which included an InBody Scan, a tailored fitness program developed by a YMCA certified personal trainer, access to a Facebook group, and more!  
• At the time you sign up, you can schedule a time for the initial InBody Scan at the start of the program.
• Make sure you provide your email at sign-up because we will send an email to help you sign up for a specific program. 
• A brief description of the programs are listed below and will also be on the sign-up form. You can sign up for multiple programs. 

PROGRAM OPTIONS:

Program Option 1 (Cardio and Interval Training):
This program is for the individual who wants to work on their cardiovascular health and really burn as many calories as they can, each time they come in and workout during the program. No equipment needed here, just grab your water bottle and get ready to sweat! 

Program Option 2 (Light Weights/Resistance Bands, Machines, and Functional Fitness):
This Program is for the individual who wants to learn a little more in depth form for resistance training, functional fitness workouts, and light-weight dumbbell full body training. Good for anyone from beginner to advanced! 

Program Option 3 - (Weight Training/Resistance Training Program):
This program is a great way to learn more about free weight (resistance) training, as well as using machines to gain strength and muscle mass, while burning tons of calories after the Holidays!!!

Q:
How long does the program last for?
Answer: The program is 3 weeks, 21 days (Starts Jan 4th)

Q: What all do I get when I pay my $43 upon sign-up?
Answer: You receive access to the workout program you have chosen and schedule a date for the InBody Scan before the start of the program. You will also receive a check in video via email from your trainer welcoming you to the new program and a brief explanation of how the program will run. You will also receive access to a closed Facebook group for support and training tips.

Q: Does my packet access expire after 21 days
Answer: Yes the access is only good for 21 days, but the workouts provided will be a downloaded PDF that you can keep for yourself and use in the future. 

Q: Will there be a check-in at the end of the program?
Answer: Yes, there will be a follow-up InBody Scan to track your progress and see results of all your hard work.
