The Y offers classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.
Active Isolated Stretch class: AIS is an excellent complement to your workout because it is very specific to releasing areas of tightness to help provide a greater, pain-free range of motion.
Active Older Adults: If you’re at least 55 years young, join us 3 days a week for light exercise wth stretching, hand weights, light cardio and more!
BODYPUMP: is for ANYONE looking to get lean, toned and fit — fast! Burn up to 590 calories! Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, instructors will coach you through a total-body workout set to great music, using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight. Great for first-timers and veterans alike!
Hybrid Fit: focuses a lot on the lower body with interval training. Our certified instructor will combine aerobic endurance training exercise with strength training that will create a sculpted body. It is similar to a Boot Camp Class that will incorporate TRX, squats, lunges, cycling, along with some upper body exercises.
Chair Yoga: This class is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Chair yoga is usually taught as a way to achieve physical and mental fitness, not as a way of life,

Cycling: A coach takes you through a low-impact journey on our stationary bikes.
Hip Hop Dance: Come dance to your favorite old-school and new hip-hop tracks. Super High intensity, but you’ll be having so much fun that you won’t even notice that you’re working out.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training): will have you burning fat and building lean, sculpted muscle. You’ll do measured intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by lower-intensity work, burning more calories than you could with traditional cardio alone. Exercises vary daily from plyometrics to weight lifting to sprints.
Insanity: High-intensity advanced class with modifications for all levels. An intense mix of jumping, calisthenics, and plyometrics will get you sweating and burning fat.
Pound: Pound class is a full-body workout. While you’ll have a blast during the actual class, you’ll definitely feel the burn in your arms, core, and glutes afterwards.
In Pound class, each participant gets a set of drumsticks. (They’re specially made for the workout and called “rip sticks.”) This high-intensity interval workout incorporates rhythmic movements to get the class literally pounding the floor as they sweat. The genius of POUND class is that the music and high-energy drumming make the time fly past.
Power Yoga: A high-intensity form of yoga involving quick movements, sports conditioning principles and, with Power Yoga Plus, small hand weights for a full-body sculpting workout.
Cardio-Dance is a community-centered, value-positive cardio-dance fitness experience designed to engage the heart as a muscle and a soul. The class welcomes children and families and always features positive uplifting music!
Step Aerobics: This moderate-impact class involves a wide range of stepping patterns on an adjustable bench. Works the cardio system, strengthens & tones and can be adapted to all fitness levels.
Tabata: You’ll burn serious amounts of fat in this high-intensity interval training, consisting of several blocks with the same format: 20 seconds of work + 10 seconds of rest.
Total Conditioning: The perfect mix of cardio and resistance. The class varies classic aerobic training like step or high/lo with body weight, hand weights, resistance bands or barbells to keep your heart rate elevated and calories burning.
TRX: TRX exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises for a full body workout. You will burn fat, build strength and improve heart health.
Vinyasa yoga is a discipline that utilizes postures and breathing techniques. This form of yoga offers a range of health benefits to those who practice it, as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit

Zumba: is the Latin-inspired dance craze that started it all. This exhilarating, easy-to-follow fitness party will have you burning calories and having fun at the same time!
Zumba Gold: This class is geared towards active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
