We have the ORIGINAL. Building on the principles of Joseph Pilates, this class works to develop a strong core. Pilates Reformers is a monthly two times a week small group Pilates program. The program incorporates specific movements such as core strength, arm and leg strength, cardio and flexibility using resistance
exercises on Pilates Reformers machines. Each session is led by a certified Pilates Instructor who will create a safe and challenging class toward a stronger body for all levels!
