Personal Trainer & Rock Steady Boxing Head Coach
Hannah is a graduate of Grace College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a certified group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and works with individuals fighting Parkinson’s Disease as a certified Rock Steady Boxing coach. She enjoys working with clients and members new to exercising or wanting a fresh start in fitness. Hannah has always been active in sports and fitness. She played volleyball and ran track and field in high school and played intramural lacrosse in college. She currently enjoys running, swimming, and weight lifting. Hannah is passionate about making functional fitness, nutrition, and an active lifestyle an important part of her clients’ daily lives.
