Aqua Making Waves is a dynamic, full-body water fitness class                                                               CHILD CARE
designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength,
and flexibility. Set to upbeat music, this class uses a variety of                                                          GIVING
movements and water resistance techniques to create waves
of energy and fun. Whether you’re looking to tone muscles,
boost stamina, or just enjoy a refreshing workout, Aqua Making
Waves is perfect for all fitness levels and a great way to stay
active with minimal joint impact.
Tabata
Days/Times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays • 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Aqua Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout
performed in the water, designed to boost cardiovascular
fitness and build strength. This class follows the traditional
Tabata format—20 seconds of intense exercise followed by
10 seconds of rest, repeated over multiple rounds—using the
natural resistance of the water for a low-impact but high-
energy experience. Aqua Tabata is ideal for those looking to
improve endurance, burn calories, and tone muscles without the
stress on joints.
Aqua Zumba
Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays • 5pm - 6 pm
: Aqua Zumba blends the upbeat rhythms and fun of a
traditional Zumba® class with the low-impact, high-energy
benefits of water-based exercise. Set to Latin and international
music, this water workout combines cardio, dance, and
resistance training in a way that’s easy on the joints but
challenging enough to burn calories and tone muscles. Perfect
for all fitness levels, Aqua Zumba® is a refreshing and fun way
to get moving!
