- Wibit Rental is available: Saturdays from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Party Schedule:
5:30- 7:00 PM on the WIBIT
7:00- 8:00 PM in the Party Room - Cost for nonmembers: $375 (2.5 hours)
- Cost for members: $325 (2.5 hours)
- No more than 12 people at a time.
- Renters will need to stop by to the membership desk to fill out a WIBIT Party form.
- Tot Spot and the Program Pool will be open for the party.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW:
- 100% of the fee is required at the time of reservation.
- $50 fee is kept in the event of a cancellation.
- The swimming portion is only open to parties during the first hour.nThis is to keep children from eating before they begin their activity.
- A PARENT OR GUARDIAN, 18 YEARS OR OLDER, MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RED BANDED CHILDREN.
- Decorations, food, and drinks are welcome. We ask that you keep all refreshments in the Party Room.
- Parties are only scheduled on Saturday.
- Mandatory swim test for children 7-11.
- Maximum of 15 children per party.
- Y staff will provide materials for guests to sweep floors and wipe off tables and chairs when the party concludes.
- NAMES, DOB, AND ADDRESS OF ALL ADULTS PRESENT SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO THE Y, 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE PARTY.
