LET’S RACE
The Haynes Apperson 5K is right around the corner – On Saturday, June 20th, participants can walk/run the scenic course through downtown Kokomo and Foster Park along the Walk of Excellence trail. This timed, family-friendly race starts at 8:00 AM in front of the Kokomo Family YMCA. Proceeds from the race will be going to our Rock Steady Boxing Program. Ready to race? Sign up today!

+ When is the race?
This years Haynes Apperson will be on Saturday, June 20th! Start your weekend off by buring some calories with friends and family!
+ What time is the race?
NEW TIME!! The race will take place at 8:00am! Please meet at the YMCA start/finish line arch at 7:50am and await for further instructions. Runners will need to be closer to the front and walkers towards the rear.
+ WHEN IS PACKET PICK UP?
Packet pickup will be at the Kokomo Family YMCA:
Friday, June 19th from 12:00pm – 6pm
Saturday, June 20th from 7:00am – 8:00am
+ DO I GET A t-SHIRT?
All registrants who register by Monday, June 1st 11:59pm will receive a short sleeve t-shirt.
+ WHAT IS THE COURSE?
The Haynes Apperson 5K race will be located at the downtown Kokomo Family YMCA located at 114 North Union Street. Parking is located in the parking garage adjacent to the YMCA. The race will start at the Kokomo Family YMCA and go through Foster Park, UCT, Kokomo Beach and back on the Walk of Excellence Trail that will lead back to the Kokomo YMCA.
