Our Y offers personal and specialty training to help you set and meet your personal fitness goals. Whether you’re new to the gym and seeking extra guidance, a triathlete needing support training for a big race, wanting to break out of a fitness plateau, or looking to enhance your functional fitness for everyday life, our trainers will help you reach your goals in a way that works best for you!
We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. We offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier. You’ll learn exercises that build strength and endurance, reduce body fat, and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. Stop by the Wellness Desk and we will help you start your wellness journey.
Specialty training: Pilates
We have the ORIGINAL. Building on the principles of Joseph Pilates, this class works to develop a strong core. Pilates Reformers is a monthly two times a week small group Pilates program. The program incorporates specific movements such as core strength, arm and leg strength, cardio and flexibility using resistance exercises on Pilates Reformers machines. Each session is led by a certified Pilates Instructor who will create a safe and challenging class toward a stronger body for all levels!

Group Training: Synergy
Synergy Group Training transforms a workout into fun with upbeat music, circuit style training and more. Perform a high intensity total body workout with rest periods intermixed to increase heart rate and to enhance your overall fitness level. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength or just to be fit overall this is the program for you! Synergy Group Training presents the opportunity for people to experience the knowledge and motivation of a personal trainer in a unique small group setting, which adds another dimension that will ultimately enhance your workouts. This program is led by a Certified Personal Trainer who will provide accountability, motivation, and help reach individual health and wellness goals.
