Hi, my name is Cameron Hoyle and I am the Head Personal Trainer at the YMCA. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force, and have been in for 8 years. I found my passion for fitness while serving in the military, where I also train and help military members become more fit. I have been working out for 7 years, and I have been doing personal training for 2 years. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), and I specialize in muscle building and strength training. I love to help people who lack the inspiration to stay motivated and reach their goals. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work.
