Our Y offers personal and specialty training to help you set and meet your personal fitness goals. Whether you’re new to the gym and seeking extra guidance, a triathlete needing support training for a big race, wanting to break out of a fitness plateau, or looking to enhance your functional fitness for everyday life, our trainers will help you reach your goals in a way that works best for you!
Once enrolled, our trainers will review your goals, evaluate your fitness level, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your specific needs. You’ll learn exercises that build strength and endurance, reduce body fat, and improve overall cardiovascular fitness. Training is offered in 30-minute sessions and 1-hour sessions and is made available by appointment only. Stop by the Wellness Desk and we will help you start your wellness journey.

Specialty training: Pilates
- Pilates Reformers is a monthly two times a week small group program.
- Sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Each session is led by a certified Pilates Instructor who will create a safe and challenging class toward a stronger body for all levels!
Group Training: Synergy
- Synergy Group Training transforms a workout into fun with upbeat music, circuit style training and more.
- Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength or just to be fit overall this is the program for you!
