Membership Challenge

Red, White, and MOVE!

The only thing you have to do in July is MOVE  and you could WIN A FREE MONTH at the Y, a water bottle and a cooling towel! Here’s how it works:
  • Join the challenge through the FREE YMCA 360 app.
  • Challenge yourself to move for 20 minutes a day during the month of July. Eligible Workout Types: Walking, running, cycling, swimming, group fitness classes, basketball, soccer, dancing, jump rope, boxing or cardio equipment.
  • The target goal is to get 10 hours of these workouts in before July ends.
  • Each time, enter your workouts into your app to populate the leaderboard.
  • We’ll reward the winner at the beginning of August! In the event of a tie, all eligible participants will be entered into a random drawing for the grand prize.

Get your heart pumping and make this your most active month yet. Our Red, White, and Move challenge is designed to help participants build endurance, improve cardio health and stay motivated through consistant movement.
