AGE REQUIREMENTS
Learn about age guidelines for kids—including when they need to be accompanied at the Y. All ages are welcome at the Y. To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time at the Y, there are guidelines for activities kids and teens can participate in—with or without parents or guardians. KID ZONE
AGES 1-3
Toddler area. Available with membership. Parent/Legal Guardian must be present to supervise.
AGES 4-12
Slide area. Available with membership. Parent/Legal Guardian must be present to supervise.
GYM
AGES 8 and up
Available with membership. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
Raquetball court
AGES 8 and up
Available with membership. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
POOL
AGES 7 and up
Child must complete a swim test and/or meet the requirements to use select areas of the Aquatics center. Please follow all posted signage in the Aquatics center.
Wellness FLoor
AGES 7-9
Usage of track, studios, functionala fitness roo, and select group fitness classes (Zumba, Hip Hop, Yoga, TRX and Refit) with a parent or legal guardian. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
AGES 10-12
Usage of track only without a parent. May take Zumba, Hip Hop, Yoga and Refit class with a parent or guardian. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
AGES 13-14
Usage of cable machines, cardio equipment and access to all group exercise classes. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
AGES 15+
Full Facility Access. Appropriate tennis/gym shoes are required at all times. No slides, crocs, or sandals. Please follow all posted signage.
