FREE Blood Pressure Screenings for our YMCA members!
Community Howard Regional Health is pleased to offer a blood pressure education and monitoring program for YMCA members. Community Howard offers free blood pressure screenings on Mondays and Thursdays. The free blood pressure screenings will occur from 11am-2pm each Monday and Thursday. Appointments will be offered on a walk-in basis and will be conducted from the privacy of the second floor MultiGen room in the Y.
