Community Howard Regional Health invites the public to a free lunch and learn health seminar on Friday, August 4, 2023 at the YMCA of Kokomo. Join Megan Allen, RD, LD, CDCES, registered dietitian with Community
Health Network for a discussion on nutrition and brain health. Megan will explain the nutrients that are important for cognitive function and how to include those foods/nutrients in your diet. A FREE LUNCH will be provided to the first 60 who register for this 40-minute Lunch and Learn.
